Accuracy of what is published
These pages are written carefully and kept current, but roofing is a practical trade and a general description cannot cover every house in Lawnside, let alone every house in the boroughs around it.
What is here describes how we usually work. It is not a promise about a particular roof, and anything that matters to your decision should be confirmed on the inspection and set out in the written estimate.
Estimates
Figures discussed on the phone are indicative only. A binding figure follows an inspection and is given in writing.
Written estimates are open for a stated period and may be revised after it, or where the work found on opening a roof differs materially from what could be seen beforehand. Any such change is agreed with you before it is carried out.
