What this site collects
There is no contact form on this website, no account area and no newsletter. Nothing asks you to type anything in, and there is nowhere for you to do so.
If you ring the number shown on these pages about a roof in Lawnside or one of the boroughs nearby, we will of course have your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. That is kept so we can do the work and for the ordinary records any business keeps afterwards.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, this one sits behind a hosting service that keeps basic technical logs: the address a request came from, the page asked for, the time and the browser used.
Those are used to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build a picture of you and they are not combined with anything else.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens.
Your browser may keep ordinary technical information it needs to display pages. That is your browser's business rather than ours.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors or callers, and nothing from this site goes to a marketing company.
Details may be passed to a supplier where that is needed to carry out work you have asked for, such as ordering materials for your roof.

If you have called us and would rather we did not keep your details, say so and they come out of our records.
You are welcome to ask what we hold. The answer is usually a name, an address, a phone number and some photographs of a roof.
