About the Crew on Your Roof
A small outfit working one corner of Camden County, which is a deliberate choice and costs us work we could otherwise take.
Ask who will be on your roof — (856) 528-7670Who you are dealing with
Small, local, and not trying to grow out of it
The same faces turn up to quote and to work. It means we cannot be in four places at once, so we are honest about the diary rather than booking a date we already know we will move twice.
It also means nobody on your roof is meeting the job for the first time. Whoever wrote the estimate has already been up there and seen what is behind the fascia.
Credentials
What we can actually show you
We are BBB certified, which is worth exactly as much as it sounds: it says there is a record of how this business has handled its customers, and that the record is public rather than something we are describing to you ourselves.
Beyond that we would rather be judged on the inspection. An hour on your roof will tell you more about a roofer than any badge on a website, which is part of why we give the hour away.
How we work
Four things we do not bend on
Start at the junctions
Every inspection begins where the roof meets something else, because that is where roofs actually fail.
Photograph the deck
Before anything covers it, so there is a record of what was underneath and what we did about it.
No price without a visit
A number given over the phone is a guess, and a guess only ever moves one way afterwards.
Say when not to spend
If something on the second list can wait three years, you get told, even though we would rather be paid today.
Next
Meet us on the roof, not on a page
An hour costs you nothing and settles the question of whether you want us anywhere near your house. Ring and book it.
